Refund policy

We have a 7-14 day refund policy and a 21-day exchange policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, you must return your item with 21 days of purchase. Refund/Return Policy

Custom Designs and Custom Orders are considered a Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return for purchases made online, you may contact Customer Service via email at admin@everythinglitterz@gmail.com

To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for the item you would like. Item must be received in order for a credit to be issued.

Please allow up to 15 business days from when we receive your return for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. Everything That Glitters. LLC provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING for eligible items Please Contact us at admin@everythingthatglitterz.com to start the return process.

All eligible, unworn, unused items you would like to return for a full refund to your original payment method must be sent back to the Everything That Glitters within 7-14 days of receipt of product in original packaging with tags (if applicable)

Once a return or exchange has been approved, a pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you. Follow the return instructions as indicated in that email.

Custom designed merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Everything That Glitters Pop up Shop Purchases

All unworn, eligible unused items may be returned to Everything That Glitters, LLC for exchange or store credit only within 7-14 days of purchase.

Promotions

"BOGO" promotions may be returned for exchange or store credit.

All promotions are available while supplies last. Promotion code may be required upon checkout. Promotions may not be combined or applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Offers may only be valid for a specified date and timeframe.
